I’m typing this post wondering if this was our last weekend as a family of four (mommy, daddy, Josh and Abi). Tomorrow we are seeing the gynecologist and we’ll need to make a decision with regards to an induction on Tuesday. A part of me is really excited but I’m also a little nervous.
Friday we celebrated my hubbies birthday. We woke him up at 5:30 with cup cakes, candles and presents. The kids bought him a book and I gave him an Advanced Audi Driving Course, my folks chipped in:)
Birthday card from Joshua and Abigail
Abigail's loves cake, takes after her daddy
Yum yum
The best, cake for breakfast
My mom took the kids and I to the Moms and Babes Christmas Tree party, it was held at a beautiful venue called Kinglets and Queenies. There were loads of little babes and mommies everywhere. It was very well organized and the kids had so much fun.
Yippee present time
Not quite sure I like the look of this man
Play-time fun
We arrived home and I had loads of energy and started making some of the products for my new launch. I made a few body scrubs and some shower gel.
Friday night we had a braai in the rain, not much fun and I was dead tired and miserable. My poor family.
Saturday morning we spent much of the day lazing around and in the evening we went to another Christmas Concert. The kiddies were all so cute. I was quite amazed that they remembered the words to all of the songs.
Father Christmas arrived and Joshua and Abigail received gifts again. They are sure gonna be spoilt this year.
On, Sunday Abigail had her first swim in a big pool with daddy and Joshua. Mommy doesn’t like to swim much, probably because our pool is built in rock and dam cold.
Joshua should have been a fish, he loves the water
Ooh it is cold but ooh soo nice to splash
My first swim with daddy
I tried to take a bee out of the water and the little bugger stung me, sherbet I forgot how painful a bee sting can be.
I had a nice long nap during the afternoon, watched some t.v. and now I’m off to make burgers for dinner.
Still wondering if Logan will arrive tonight:) I hope so – I’m ready for her………………
