Lotsa pressies

My mom organized my “stork party” and wow she did a fab job. She even made the cake, which everyone said was awesome and by that I mean the decorations and the taste. Cake making is her new hobby and she puts a lot of effort into each cake that she makes.

My close friends and family attended and it was lovely to see everyone. They are all so excited about our little Logan’s arrival.

Logan was spoilt rotten, she received lovely clothes, bottles, diapers, toys, pamper goodies etc. I’d like to thank everyone for the beautiful gifts.

Sooo cute

During the afternoon all the guests participated in a game. It was fun. Each person was given string and they had to guess how big my tummy was. There were lots of giggles as they each cut their piece. Some thought I was really huge because their pieces of string seemed to go on forever.

Could I be that huge

My dear friend Michelle was the winner, in fact she was spot on. Well done and thank you for guessing correctly. Shoooo some of those pieces wrapped around my tummy twice.

And the winner is......Michelle

I was lucky to have my sister up from Durban as well as my aunt and uncle. My cousin flew in from the UK (okay not for my party) but it was so nice to see her again.

We all had such a lovely time. A special thank you to my dearest mom for putting so much effort into the day, for all the planning and for all her love. She means the world to me, my children and my hubby.

She is “awesome” and we love her dearly.

I’ve heard about that string game – looks like fun. I’m kind of glad they didn’t do that with me though, I am feeling very enormous today! ;-)
