It feels like my last post was written ages ago. I’m a wee bit behind on my posts as well as catching up on all my blog-reading. I have so much to write but so little time. Between my new born and eleven month old I barely have time to eat and sleep.
I’ll start this year by sharing our Christmas Day with you, I absolutely love Christmas.
It was around 5:15 am and I had just finished feeding Logan when I heard the tiny sounds of pit-a-patter feet down the passage. The bedroom door suddenly flung open and Joshua ran in, all excited saying “mom I’ve never seen so many presents before, they go all the way down the passage”. Bless him!

Presents galore

Christmas morning waiting for everyone to surface

The rest of the family surfaced around 6 am and as per the usual we all sat around the tree while Joshua handed all the presents out. There was a lot of excitement, we always make a big fuss around Christmas.

Priceless

We were all spoilt rotten and Joshua was very, very happy because he received all the gifts he had on his list and a little more.
Joshua politely told me that he thought Santa made all the gifts, but it seems he had to buy some in China because he gave him the cheap Bakugan’s:) Cheeky little bugger:)
We spent Christmas eve and morning at my parents place in V-town, then headed home to feed the zoo and also to see what Santa had left for me under our tree. My gift was too big to be sent to Nanna’s home. My hubby bought me the most beautiful desk – come cupboard for the play room so I have my own “space” to do my scrap booking etc. I asked him for a plain desk with a few drawers but he searched until he found the “perfect” desk for me:) (I will insert a pic with my next post as I don’t have one at the mo).
The rest of the day was spent at my sister-in-law, it was very Merry. The kids received more gifts. We ate, we drank, we swam, we relaxed…………..we had a good time.

We were so blessed this Christmas, I gave birth to our beautiful Logan, we celebrated Abigail’s first Christmas and it was our year to have Joshua with us.
I couldn’t believe that it all went by so quickly, now we look forward to New Year!
