I am absolutely livid, a new client booked 2 full body massages and 2 pedicures for this morning at 9:00. She confirmed on Thursday morning that they will definitely be here at 9:00 sharp, as she put it.
I got up extra early to ensure the fire was on and fresh lemon water was made, hot towels were placed in the oven warmer etc. And guess what they did not pitch. They did not even have the audacity to phone and cancel or apologize. I find this extremely rude! Oh! and they had a map as it is on the back of my brochure so they cannot say they got lost.
My sister arrived from Durban on Thursday and wanted to spend the morning with the kids and I but I had to say no, cause of the appointments.
Ouma invited us to an early lunch with all of the cousins from Pretoria and their little one’s and we replied saying we can only be there after lunch as I had to work.
Man, I’m upset!!!!!!

Some people have no manners. Did you call them to enquire as to their whereabouts? I would have and also given them hell!
