Hmm I had my weigh in today and oops, I’ve been a naughty girl. Instead of losing kilograms, I lost a whole 200 grams. I’m thinking it is probably the 3 cheat days I had. Way to much vino at Dikhololo and oh! the two Lindt Easter Bunnies I ate.
Oh! well this has now motivated me to “not cheat” and try and lose 2 or 3 kg this week.
I guess I should be happy that I never gained weight:)

The thing to focus on is that you lost weight this week! Be it a few grams or a few kilograms! You lost something!

I believe even when dieting you need those cheat days otherwise you get too de-motivated craving those things!
