Weight Loss Feedback

Last week I blogged about wanting to lose weight. I promised to send feedback regarding my diet on a weekly basis and I am happy to say that I had my weigh in today and I lost a total of 3.4kg. The first few days were easy but day 4 and 5 I found really difficult, probably because it was over the Easter holidays.

I allowed myself one cheat day and ate a whole Lindt chocolate bunny, I also had a glass of wine on the odd occassion.

I am very, very happy with the weight loss and hope that I can lose another 3 kg this week. I now have 7 kg to go:)

    Thanks girls I am also so proud of myself cause I never last on a diet for more than 2 days, but this time I am so determined:)
